Hello, I am John Kirk welcome to the B1G Idea, a series of podcasts that deal with particular issues facing young professionals who work in B1. The B1G Idea is a Birmingham based experiment in podcasting and related discussions to supplement the meetings already organised by Birmingham Future. It is an opportunity for a different kind of discussion and interaction between professionals who might not otherwise meet face-to-face due to time pressure and other commitments. The issues raised will be of interest to young professionals and their employers.
